“One thing we know for sure is that change is a constant. Every year in late September we start to learn about the plans offerings that will be available for shopping starting October 1,” said Paul. “Many people have enrolled in these (Medicare Advantage Plans) plans over the past few years as they have been very attractive.”
Those enrolled with Medicare Advantage Plans will need to make sure that their plan is renewing for next year and also review their annual notice of change, which outlines the changes that the carrier is moving to your plan for the following year.”
Medicare Insurance Advisors works with Insurance carriers including Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota, Medica, Health Partners, UCare and a number of other carriers.
“People with Medicare Advantage Plans should watch the mail in September for their Annual Notice of Change, which will change the plan that will take effect in January 2026,” said Paul.
Medicare Insurance Advisors will assist you with the various plans and changes at no cost. The Hamilton’s are eager to assist you in explaining the enrollment dates and new changes to previous plans; while also helping you find a plan that fits your needs and budget.
“Medicare Supplement continues to be an option for people, and pairing that with and a Part D plan,” Paul said.
There are a number of different Medicare supplement plans available in Minnesota.
“Again, we can help people sort through their options and see which type of plan fits their needs,” Paul said. “It can be very confusing. Our motto is ‘We make Medicare simple’, And we try to do that. We try to take a complicated subject and simplify it.”
Hamilton’s son, Grant, will now be helping clients in an agent capacity. Grant has been working behind the scenes with Medicare Insurance Advisors for the past four years.
“We are really excited to have to have him on the team along with our other great support team members,” Paul and Patricia said.
Medicare is the government-run health insurance coverage for those 65 years of age or older, or those with certain disabilities and conditions.
Medicare beneficiaries have the chance to change coverage during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) each year. Choosing the right plan can not only improve your health, but it can also allow you to have financial and emotional peace of mind.
Medicare Insurance Advisors’ advice for people looking to enroll in Medicare Part D plans in 2026 is to review your choices with them to see whether the prescriptions you take will be covered by the plan.
“We want to help people understand these important plan policies,” said Patricia. “It can be very hard and frustrating to figure these things out. We will thoroughly evaluate your prescription needs and work with you on selecting a plan that could save you money.”
Medicare Insurance Advisors won’t pressure clients into purchasing a plan, nor will they recommend a particular plan. What they offer is unbiased and easy to understand information about various Medicare options, enabling a client to choose the plan that best suits them.
“I have found that Medicare Insurance Advisors truly act in my best interests,” said Joanne D, a client of Medicare Insurance Advisors. “They review my policy and prescriptions annually to make sure I’m getting the best coverage and rate.
